THE FOLLOWING E-MAIL IS FROM ANDY LOWE

name: Andy Lowe

query: I was stationed with my parents 68/70 and have lost touch with a lot of my friends there. My Father was CPO/CRE "Speaky" Lowe. We left in Jan 70 when I would have been 12 years old. Would love to hear from any other of the kids that were stationed there and attended the school during this period.
Thanks
Andy

Nice to hear from you Andy - we were there at the same time as you and your folks.
If anyone can assist Andy in tracing his old school mates, or knows Chief "Speaky" Lowe, post replies on the forum.

Hi Andy, I served out there during that time, leaving Sep 1970. I was an RS, A bit older now but your father's name rings a bell. Did you like "Shelling"?
Used to do a lot a Chaland Beach Club and dquite often used to go out with a youngster about your age.
Regards,
Dave

Hi Andy, I was at school in Mauritius when you were there in 69, I was about 9 at the time. My father Robert Brundell managed the beach club at Le Chaland.
From memory you were pretty good with a spear gun. I seem to remember going snorkelling with you a couple of times.
My brother David found this site a couple of days ago, he may or may not have been in your class at school.
