Vacoas 1968-69 Bridgen family

Hello I wonder if anyone out there is able to help.
I am in the UK. My parents were living in Vacoas 1968-1969.
I was born there at the naval hospital. My dad was working in Mauritius.

My brother sadly died when he was 1 year old he fell ill with meningitis on his first birthday and died the next day.
That was in March 1969 I was born in the June. My parents came back to the Uk in the December.
I do not know if you have any contacts in Mauritius but my brother is buried in the Christian section of the cemetery in Vacoas. Nobody has been to his grave since the 1980's and I often think about him.
His name is Stephen Christopher Bridgen, my parents called Catherine and David Bridgen.
I wonder if anyone on your remembers them or is in Vacoas and would be able to take a photo of my brothers
grave. It would be nice to be able to send one to my dad
who is an old man now. My mother has passed away
but never got over what happened.
Also can anyone provide me with information regarding
birth certificates. Is it standard in Mauritius to have a time of birth on the full certificate or is it just on twin births?
Any help appreciated.

Dear Jacqui, I have been successful in finding the grave of your brother Stephen Christopher Bridgen who died in Vacoas in 1969. I have a series of photos to forward to you. Will request your email via private message.
